Fees depend on the complexity of the issues and time required to conduct the mediation. All fees are fixed and any direct expenses agreed after we work together to detail the engagement and before mediation commences.
The mediation assessment meeting where we review the matters at a high level and agree the actual process is £150 per party. Mediations can last up to a full day with some minor follow-on if required, and a fixed fee for a full day is in the range of £900 - £1500 per party depending on complexity.
